FOWI - Friends of Wroughton
FOWI 'Friends of Wroughton Infants' is an informal group of volunteers, made up of parents/family members and staff, who help organise social events and fundraising events for the pupils of our school and local community.
FOWI's aim is to provide fun and safe events for the school and local community, such as discos, bingo nights and much more to pay for school equipment and resources. The group meets several times in the year, with meetings usually lasting no longer than an hour.
YOU can make a real contribution to YOUR child’s school. If you can give some of your time, we are always grateful. A helping hand at the school fete/disco, etc, is a great contribution.
Example of events we get involved with are:
- Discos, including refreshments
- Christmas fayre
- Quiz night
- Summer fetes
If you would like to become a member of our FOWI group then just send an email of interest to fowi@grovelearningtrust.co.uk and someone will get back to you with more details.
We welcome you and your ideas!
