Wroughton Infant School

History

Curriculum Intent, Implementation and Impact

Our Vision

At Wroughton Infants our history curriculum is designed to engage the children in their learning about the past. Topics are selected to build on children’s prior learning and support children to have a growing chronological understanding and use this to make links to different time periods. The children are excited to learn about history and can ask questions to find out more. We provide immersive and engaging learning opportunities to deepen children’s understanding of our world and how it has been shaped by the past.
